Scheduling Questions
-
Do I need to be home during our service?
No, as long as we have access to the areas we need to complete the treatment.
We will always knock first, and you will receive a detailed report of what we did and document anything that needs your attention.
For certain treatments, like bed bug heat treatments, initial bed bug liquid treatments, or initial cockroach treatments, we ask that you meet us prior (unless arrangements have been made). You will then need to be out of the treatment area for the duration of the treatment and, in some cases, a certain period after treatment.
The office administrator and technician will go over any questions you have prior, during, and after.
-
How do I schedule or reschedule a service?
You can call, text, or use the contact form on our website. We will work with you to find a time that is convenient for you.
Please note that any requests for specific times will not be confirmed until you speak with someone in our office.
-
What if it rains or snows the day of my outdoor treatment?
Most of our exterior products are designed to withstand rain after they have dried.
If heavy rain or snow impacts effectiveness, we will return at no additional charge or reschedule your appointment for a more suitable date.
